What is the shipping processing time?

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 days.

When are orders shipped?

We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any order placed on Thursdays or Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday.

Do you ship outside the US?

At this time, we do not ship overseas.

Returns

Due to the fact that Nudge® coffee snacks are sensitive to temperature we cannot accept returns and exchanges. If for any reason your product is defective upon arrival or incorrect compared to your order receipt, please contact us at hello@eatnudge.com or through our contact page and we will analyze the problem to come to a solution within 10 business days. Please be sure to include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue to provide proof of complaint.
